Carbon steel cutting system: it produces holes automatically without operator intervention
True Hole of MicroStep carbon steel cutting technology produces very high quality holes. These holes are produced automatically, without operator intervention. True Hole technology requires a system Auto gas HyPerformance Plasma HPRXD together with a cutting table with True Hole, nesting, CNC and torch height control software. Hypertherm True Hole carbon steel cutting technology is used exclusively in automatic gas HPRXD of Hypertherm plasma systems; cutting optimization software and nested, and the CNC control software this technology automatically applied to holes up to 25 mm with a ratio up to 1:1 between the diameter and thickness.
True Hole technology is a specific combination of the following parameters, associated to an amperage, type of material, material thickness and hole size certain: gas type process, flow of gas, amperage, drilling methodology, input technique and cutting output, speed cutting and rhythm.
