Washing of glass containers: for various formats
For a perfect cleaning and removal of bacteria and microorganisms of glass containers, preparing them as well for their filling and follow estimated manufacturing process.
Cleaning should be performed prior to filling the jars and sterilized them. Its objective is to ensure that containers are free of dirt and microorganisms before being filled, avoiding contamination of the product, with this process so designed machines like the lavadora-sopladora of glass containers consisting of its operation at the entrance of the containers by means of a conveyor of hinge, then place them between two ranges of rubber fingers that are responsible for moving the containers inside the machine. Once located the container between the fingers of rubber chains this is invested to receive an injection of steam or water pressure inside and subsequently receive a curtain of compressed air coming from a turbine that is located in the upper part of the machine. Container will continue circulating through the chain of fingers of rubber that will rotate 180° to return it to its original position, once completed, the container out of the machine using a flap similar to the intake conveyor.
