Multi-Lube L210
Team of lubricación: based in the pulverización of the lubricante to pulses with filters without air
The equipment Multi-Lube are systems of pulverización designed for the application of lubricantes and products anticorrosivos in band.
The model L210 is a system based in the pulverización of the lubricante to pulses with filters without air, of chorro flat type, by means of a bomb of pistón of simple effect to a pressesure of some 20 bar. For the application of the lubricante adjusts the number of pulses until a maximum of 10 by second and the career of the pistón between 0,05 and 1 gram by pulse. Adjusting these two parameters can apply the lubricante on the surface wished keeping the ratio even in lines with variable speed. This indicated to work with liquids with viscosidad of until 60 mm2/s to 40 °C.
The system consists of the following elements: the base of the unit with the tank of lubricante and the pumps (one by each filter); the picture of control; the lubricador of coil (cabin of filters); and additional filters mounted with magnetic bases. It is usual to incorporate line of return of oil with filter to recover the oil powdered in excess. Thanks to this and to the precision of the application achieve savings of lubricante until of 70% with regard to other systems and avoids the learning of mists.
