Rectificadora Of support: for rectified cylindrical interior and external
The rectificadora of support of Golmatic has been designed especially to realise works of rectified cylindrical interior and outside with machines-tools. It has designed of form such that can use also in each lathe L+Z.
It allows also his use in all the lathes for the rectified inner, the rectified external and the refrentado. Besides, it can mount so much to work to the right as to the left, what allows to place also a cone in the extreme of the piece oriented to the counterpoint in the lathe.
The support of the rectificadora has to position also behind the piece, what allows to see better the surface mechanised (disposal of grind them as in a rectificadora cylindrical). For this takes out the husillo of the support, turning it, changes the plate of support of the engine by the one of the left and changes the life of grind it by the one of the left (with thread to the left).
Of series, the rectificadora of support Golmatic incorporates to the right the husillo portamuelas, the engine with conmutador and the wire of splice with the connector of 400 V CE. Besides, gears of transmission for 6.000 rpm and 24.000 rpm, two covers of belts, two belts sinfín of perlón, dish of subjection for barritas abrasive with a diameter of cane of 6 mm and two supplements of the husillo for grind of 10 and 12 mm. Also it has protective cover for grind of 100 mm and brida to the right for grind of diameter 100 x 25 x 10.
