Spraying Systems Has developed a range of guns of pulverización PulsaJet for cut of bread by chorro of water. These guns are accionadas electrically to 24 V(DC) with an opening operation/closing of until 10.000 cycles/min. Thanks to this allows to realise the cut by chorro of water of clean and precise form, without drippings.

Between the advantages of the cut by chorro of water stand out the greater speeds of production allowed; the lower costs and time of maintenance; they avoid the stops of line by trip of the bread when hitting in the blade, especially in small breads; and it disappears the risk of damages with the blades during the cleaning and maintenance of the team of cutting.

With this system also avoid the problems associated to the break of blades (no detection by the systems of magnetic of detection) and achieve greater possibilities of creation of different varieties of cutting.

The gun PulsaJet is very compact to allow his installation in spaces reduced. It weighs only 260 g and this manufactured in stainless steel. There is available multiple orifices calibrated to adjust to the different varieties of mass.
