Spraying Systems Presents the cabezal of wash of tanks TankJet 4, for the effective cleaning of tanks of until 30 metres of diameter.

The two filters of aspersión turn 360° in two axles, producing a complete scanning of the surface of the tank. Thanks to the internal design of the filters reduce the internal turbulences, achieving two chorros of long scope and impact, facilitating the cleaning of any type of residue, even the more adherentes. Each chorro can reach until 16 metres keeping the chorro solid (without difuminarse). The cabezal does not need engine since it is accionado by the own flow of water and does not need lubricación. It is light and easy to handle, being able to use for the cleaning of several tanks in a same installation. The interior and the materials employed are designed to minimise the obstructions, increase the length and facilitate the use of all type of chemical agents. It works with pressesures of 3,5 to 21 bar and there is available 4 sizes with a rank of discharges of 190 to 1135 l/min. The cycles of cleaning go of 6 to 60 minutes.

Optionally it supplies the System Spray Check TW, for the monitoring of the cycle of cleaning. This system, no intrusivo, verifies and validate the cleaning, deleting the inspections post-cleaning. It diagnoses problems like changes in the speed of rotation, obstructions of filters, variations in the pressesure, etc.
