Metallic construction of double body, outside in aluminium painted in epoxi and cubeta inner in stainless steel 18/10. Warming by means of armoured resistance in stainless steel AISI 316. Regulation of temperature from environingingment until 120 ºC (200 ºC, according to model) by means of thermostat of bulb. Instrumented with thermostat of hygiene with rearm manual for cases of sobretemperatura, according to DIN 12877 class 2. It incorporates tray cubreresistencias. Signpost of controls with:
