Automatic lines of caged and desenjaulado: for metal and glass containers
In addition to the total automation in packaging, metal packaging and glass lines, can be conbinar loading and desenjaulador, as well as transport of cages necessary, forming a block of totally coordinated machines that allow us to carry out the sterilization process in an automated manner.
It involves placing a closed circuit of sterilization cages, transported by means of transport chain through it, posicionandoles where applicable at each time.
This circuit consists of the following phases: 1. Caged: Collected from the filling or packaging containers and filled with cages of sterile layer to layer with the corresponding spacers and leaving them in the area of waiting for sterilization.
2 Power zone sterilization autoclaves with enjaulador connection of sterilized. The cages of sterilized are packed and prepared for the process are collected by waiting area a transport that can be fixed, if it is a single line, or transport transfer, if it is several lines running at the same time. The cages are introduced in autoclaves of sterilized.
3. Collection area sterilization: connection of autoclaves of sterilized with the esenjaulador. Cages once finished the process of sterilized are transported in the same way as in the previous stage, but conversely, waiting for the unloading area.
4. Desenjaulado: At this stage of the process is the reverse to the caged role, here, containers are desenjaulando layer to layer, accumulating in the accumulation of the machine down and desenliando by the exit conveyor to get that containers are row one by one, being able to introduce so again in production line,feeding the area of labelling, encartonado and packaging.
