Iberclean, S.A. - Welding fume extraction systems

The aspirador mobile of smokes of welding MFD has been built with the system of mechanical leak DuraFilter and can be provisto of the arms vacuums Flex and UltraFlex. The MFD has designed for works of welding in different places of work where free smokes of dry welding. The system is provisto of series of a practical indicator of dirt of the filter, that indicates if the aspiración still is sufficient or if the filter has to be changed.

With the box of synthetic material to proof of hits, the surface of the filter is of 50 m2, with a performance of this until 99,8%. It has a net capacity of aspiración of 1.250 m3/h, with an audible level maximum of 69 dB(To). It includes besides a device apagachispas of aluminium and an indicator of dirt of the filter. It is apt for the arms vacuums Flex and UltraFlex or flexible hoses, with a maximum length of 10 m and a diameter of 200 mm.

Available in all the tensions of usual network, monofásica or trifásica, 50 Hz, optionally can deliver with the certificate BIA-W3. Also it is available like option with a light of work and a switch in the bell, or a light of work and an automatic switch of start-unemployment and, optionally, with filter

of active carbon.
