The difficulty to export in general to the no community countries and especially to some big markets, because of phytosanitary ware barriers, will be one of the subjects that will tackle in the next meeting of the Group of Work on fruit and vegetables, that will take place the day 8 and in which they take part representatives of the administrations and of the sector. In this meeting Fepex will move the need to deepen in the principle of reciprocity in the phytosanitary ware field, in such a way that the countries third exporters of fruit and vegetables to the EU apply in his respective countries the same deal that receive his productions in the EU.
This group has constituted in the frame of the Plan of Internationalisation of the sector agroalimentario presented, on 20 May, by the ministers of Economy and of Agriculture and whose aim is to boost and improve the internationalisation of the sector agroalimentario Spanish. The first meeting of the specific group on fruit and vegetables took place on 20 June.
