Carlos Pujana, better Basque employer of the year

In concrete, the prize ‘Euskal Manager' recognises/recognizes the dedication of a person to a Basque company, already was like emprendedor or like agent stood out of the same.
In the gala of delivery of the prizes ‘Quotes with the Basque Company', that took place in the theatre/theater Fields Elíseos of Bilbao, awarded in total three prizes and two distinctions to different personalities and organisms related with the business world, and was chaired by the Adviser of Industry of the Basque Government Bernabé Unda.
Carlos Pujana, in his speech of gratitude, defended a business culture thought “for the people” and with afán to progress. In concrete, referred to that “speak of innovation, of internationalisation/internationalization, of technology and all this is well, but do not have to forget that the key of everything are the people, as we manage by and for them”.
Carlos Pujana did extensivo the prize to his team and to all the human team of the company: “In Izar still remain us a lot of things for doing and illusion for doing them, follow investing with strength and generating employment, being referents so much in quality, as in social responsibility”.
