Cecofersa and E/D/E signed a collaboration agreement

Cecofersa, the largest chain of Spanish distribution of industrial hardware and industrial supplies in our country, and E/D/E, one of the most important German shopping Central, have signed a collaboration agreement that, in the words of its director general Balbino Menéndez, "he made a Pact in February, but it has not been signed until June 20." This is not an agreement of Alliance between the two entities exclusively, but is "an Alliance open to participation by anyone interested".
But the collaboration between the two companies is not new, that since 1999 they are partners in Euro Craft. With this new agreement, E/D/E aims to empower your business in Spain and Portugal and Cecofersa, "to ensure the future of associate companies and the own Cecofersa".
-the presentation of the project partners and suppliers, which will take place on October 4 in the course of 2011 ExpoCecofersa
-the extension of the capital of Cecofersa which ends with the taking of 25.1% of the capital by E/D/E-the creation of a logistics platform in Spain
-address the financial management of the associated companies
-that the activities are open to the participation of other companies or entities, either just in the development of the business or in the capital, regardless of its legal formula.
