Cecofersa celebrates its 16th Annual Convention in Madrid

The programme of activities offered by the Organization of Cecofersa its partners focused on a series of presentations and discussions aimed to present success stories at a time when little favourable for companies and to reflect on aspects that can improve their competitiveness in times of crisis.

In the first part of the Assembly its director general Balbino Menéndez analysed the current situation of the market and of the sector on the basis of the results obtained in 2008 where surpassed the 872 million euros in turnover and also spoke of the importance of belonging to a Central purchasing department at the moment and offered strategies and tips for coping with the crisis.

The second part of the Assembly began playing a game of Paintball, and after the exciting game of team moved to the Peñarrubia estate. In this location, Cecofersa partners had the opportunity to listen to the Conference of Benito García Débora, President of Anceco, called 'Together we can', which reflected on the current importance of power plants and buying groups to finish with a round table with the title ' what tool uses his company to weather the crisis?'.
