Third General Board 2013 of Partners of Aside

The past week the members of Aside (Grouping of Industrial Supplies of Spain) celebrated his third General Board of Partners of the present year. The place chosen for the same was Madrid. It analysed the beginning of the relations with the German group And/D/And, with which signed an agreement of collaboration the past 1 October, detailing in the set up of the and-shop, the extranet and the assembling of the gears of operation of both companies. Likewise, it presented to the assistants the outline of the brochure of offer of products marks forum that will publish on 1 January and that with a validity of 6 months, will serve for the presentation in the Spanish market of the quoted mark that the members of Aside will represent in scoop. The quoted brochure of offer will have some 1.000 representative references of the portafolio of products of the industrial supply.

Also put in common the general catalogue of products of Aside 2014-2015, which, as it is usual, will design in Aside and will include some 4.000 references of forum. For the first time, the products will go marked with a price recommended to the public. The near of 40.000 articles of which will state the catalogue will be grouped in 10 chapters. The edition of the same is foreseen for the month of June of the 2014.

Finally, and like culmination of the agreements reached in the two last years with Ehlis and And/D/And, will commission to an external audits the manufacturing of a study in which, without losing the individual identity, create an available group. Subject that will develop along the next exercise.

To finalise, summoned to all the partners to the next Board to celebrate in Valency the days 6 and 7 March, coinciding with the development of the ExpoCadena 2014.
