Presentación
APECS was an idea of partnership, cooperation and understanding between professional Locksmiths. Its creation was the result of the professional concerns of the locksmith world.
In 1983, a group of professionals in the locksmith industry decide to cooperate and unite in a partnership based on honesty and professional exchange to promote the spirit of friendship between members of the profession throughout the entire State.
The idea grew from 1990 and every day we are more and more partners distributed geographically.
Dozens of courses on printing, boxes, openings, Internet, automotive, etc., the Organization of a World Convention of Locksmiths which meant a before and after for the Association, printing and translation of professional books, visits to factories in the sector, presentations of products for partners, articles and interviews in magazines and specialized press and many more activities along the twenty year history of this association which already held almost all the points of the State assemblies.
