Ursa and Ad'IP held a technical seminar on acoustic solutions for building

One year after the entry into force of the new technical building code (CTE), the sector is awaiting the imminent adoption of the HR basic document of protection against noise, which will collect the acoustic constraints in building regulations and consequently will have a very significant social impact. In order to move forward to the future implications of the document and under the title "Acoustic solutions for building the" Ursa Iberian insulators and Ad'IP (Associació d'Instal·ladors of bullerjan (I) false sostres guix plaques), held on 7 June in the iMat (technological center of the construction) a technical conference with the participation of prominent speakers closely linked with the acoustic field.

Josep Solé Bonet, technical director of Ursa, addressed the part concerning solutions of isolation with laminated plaster and mineral wool plate, with emphasis on the acoustic requirements, methods of calculation and verification and the recommended solutions. Joan Recasens curtain, belonging to the Association technique and plaster business, set out the guidelines of the acoustic behavior of laminated plaster and mineral wool boards. Finally, Marc Albaladejo, of the official Col·legi d'Ingeniers Tècnics of Telecomunicació of Catalunya, released all matters relating to isolation in situ measurements.

Apart from the rapporteurs, Anton M. Czech Torres, director of the iMat, was in charge of welcoming all participants and proceeded to the opening of the technical conference. Then, Miquel Vila i Camps, President of Ad'IP, presented to participants the purpose and objectives of the Association that represents. Once finished the presentations, the day culminated with a colloquium where the day participants had the opportunity to question and discuss the different topics addressed with the rapporteurs.
