We have to demand a more efficient house

The first analyses referents to energetic efficiency that the States Members sent to the European Commission, indicated that the aim 20/20/20 is very ambitious, what did peligrar his fulfillment. Thus the past 14 June the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union reached an agreement on the Directive of Energetic Efficiency approving recently the directive 2012/27/EU to promote definitively this aim and try not surpassing the consumption of 1474 Mtep (Mega Equivalent Tonne of Oil) of primary power foreseen for the 2020 and not accepting the last values that estimated a consumption of 1668 Mtep.

Atecyr Expects that this new impulse serve to the Spanish government for concienciarse and concienciar to the citizens of the important that is for our country, the sector and the economy in general fulfil with the marked aims. It is indispensable to define the paper of the agents in the field of the edificación, develop the procedures and the protocols of measurement and necessary verification. The strategic plan can contemplate that the energetic certification of the existent buildings and the rehabilitation go joined; with this, will achieve optimise the resources and reach the necessary awareness. The companies of energetic services have to have some guarantees so that they give the minimum circumstances of feasibility. In the last years the technicians of our country have realised a big effort for specialising in programs, applications and solutions that pursue the energetic efficiency. Spain has true able professionals to analyse the energetic consumption in buildings or diverse installations to apply measures of energetic saving and contribute to the sustainable development of our country.

The participation of the German companies manufacturers of equipment has been very significant in all the process of learning, recycling and sensitisation. They lead the solutions and contribute a very valuable experience.

The learning, the education and the commitment have to mark all the plans. The market of buildings built and the park of existent equipment is so important that has to to work in generating opportunities of improvement of the installations and the reduction of the energetic consumption.

The purchase or rent of efficient houses has to be a catchword to create a culture of saving in consumptions, like sucede in other European countries. We have to expand our advertising campaigns to inform to the buyers/tenants, of the energetic provision and exigencias that can sue to the hour to purchase or rent a house, to the equal that sucede in the market of the appliances and recently in the trucks.

Is an exciting challenge that will promote the activity in the sector of the edificación.

Atecyr presented in the fair Generates 2013 (Ifema, of the 26 to 28 March) a technical day with round table on ‘The energetic rehabilitation of the buildings'.

In the debate colloquium posed that the rehabilitation is an optimum opportunity to improve the quality of the existent buildings, especially the built before the exigencias of thermal sensors isolation, and of reflation of the market. It is it has to be analysed of integral way, coordinating all the possible interventions.

Atecyr, to orient and form to the technicians of the sector to llevar the energetic rehabilitations after the publication of the Project of Royal decree of certification of existent buildings that forces to certify to all the buildings that rent or sell from 1 January 2013 and that do not have already a certificate, is developing a new series of Rehabilitation that próximamente will see the light, with the titles: ‘energetic Rehabilitation of the envolvente thermal sensors of the buildings', ‘energetic Rehabilitation of the thermal sensors installations of the buildings' and ‘Integration of renewable power in the energetic rehabilitation of the buildings'.

In the three documents will exist a relation between the proposal of rehabilitation and the typology of building to which can go directed, (do not have neither the same equipment, neither internal demand, neither external appearance in residential or tertiary buildings, and even in function of the typology of tertiary building). Equally the possibilities to implement different typologies of enclosures or of installations come very conditioned by the existent (and even by the spaces required).

The rehabilitation of buildings is very tied to the certification of existent buildings (if it goes to realise a Rehabilitation already would have to certify the building and if it certifies the building have to propose a battery of improvements to achieve improve two letters for qualifications D and And and a letter for qualifications B and C in consonance obviously with the typology of the building in study).
