Washing, degreasing and drying machines: for parts with detergent spray
This type of machines can be of type tunnel or rotary, are ideal for all kinds of serial, machined or stamped parts.
It's machines that work continuously and can have different stages of treatment: washing, passivation, phosphating, rinsing, drying.
These washers can be linear 'LCB' or rotary 'CSF', with manual or robotized loading and unloading areas.
The parts to be cleaned are processed directly on a conveyor either loaded in baskets or special castings, mounted on the own continuous conveyor.
All machines in their standard version are equipped with filter systems of chips, auto levels of replenishment, oil separators, detergent dispensers, blowers for drying, etc.
