Tubular heat exchangers: in stainless steel
FM enological manufactures all kinds of exchangers involved in processes of cold cellar. Include the following types: tubular pasta, heat exchangers tubular exchangers for musts and submerged exchangers of inner tubes in tanks, for control of fermentation.
According to needs, they can be manufactured isolated, on wheels, several steps of cooling, etc., depending on the specific process for which we have designed.
All parts in contact with the wine are built in stainless steel quality AISI 316. They have four digital thermometers for inputs and outputs of refrigerant, and contained four wheels in stainless steel with brake for easy handling, large diameters to facilitate the transition from the pressed or Destemmed grapes.
There are two sizes of tube 71 mm x 101 outside and 101 indoor-outdoor 139.
