Thermoregulation plants: with diathermic oil
Plants of thermoregulation with diathermic oil of the series To-ota, with maximum service temperature of + 350 ° C (Marlotherm), have been designed to adapt moulds and cylinders for various industrial processes in particular in the sector of plastic, pressure casting and foundry.
These essentially built by: • circuit heating with electric resistances of the type armoured with wide exchange surface.
• The heating elements with static groups of power (increased efficiency, reliability, lower noise level and no wear on the contactors).
• Cooling circuit with high efficiency (SM) Exchange.
• Solenoid valve for cooling.
• Centrifugal pump of oil recirculation.
• Steel tank.
• Auto function cooling • preheating with clock function (optional) programmer.
• Automatic diverter valve on the cooling (optional for 180 - 250 ° C).
• Control Panel with electronic instrument with microprocessor for the control of the temperature with both heating and cooling PID type regulation.
• Chassis with wheels.
• RS485 serial communication with Modbus (optional) Protocol.
• Automatic emptying of oil (optional) Kit.
• Available accessories: interception valves, manifolds with various supplies and returns, connection tubes coated with stainless steel braid and insulated with fiberglass and rubber silicone.
