Tangential filters: with ceramic membranes
In the wine sector companies today grows the propensity to perform productive cycles more and more automated and with low environmental impact, with the need to reduce production costs however leaving unaltered all the typicality of the wine so treated. For this reason Della Toffola has decided to develop a strongly innovative tangential filtration system, using for the first time in the oenological sector ceramic membranes instead of the organic material.
This type of membranes has been chosen by Della Toffola unique characteristics of duration, scope and possibility of disinfection, impossible with the organic Variant.
Its multiple qualities can be summarized thus: possibility of fully automatic work cycles that do not require the presence of an operator.
Maintenance of all the characteristics of typicality of wine, including important substances for its stability as mannoproteins and colloids guards.
Getting ready for bottling wines: rate of filtered < 10° S, starting from products pre or post clarification.Absolute absence of adjuvants filtration of any kind and nature.Absolute absence of adjuvants filtration of any type and naturaleza.er type and nature.
Possibility of washing at very high temperatures (70÷80 ° C 158÷176 ° F) for easy as well as effective regeneration of membrane.
