Sea water purification systems: with energy recovery

Picture of Sea water purification systems
Standard design for plants of sea water from 100 m³/day of production, incorporating a recoil energy system that can substantially reduce the consumption of the equipment using equipment and materials of the latest generation. The reduction of electricity consumption brings with it a reduction in the costs of operation of the plant.

Feeding system for the reverse osmosis membranes by a team with energy recovery, is an innovative method and the most advanced technology, consisting of a pumping system of high efficiency, together with the exchanger pressure and a booster pump group, allows save energy by reducing electrical consumption without reducing the overall efficiency of the equipment.

High efficiency is achieved by the pressure exchanger. The rejected water at his exit before crossing the pressure regulator valve and membrane contains a residual power, which is exploited by the pressure exchanger.

With the use of these teams we managed to reduce the size of the pump's high, also achieving savings of up to 60% power.

The pressure exchanger has a solid, simple design with a single moving part. It works at low revs and its maintenance is nil.

The booster pump is able to restore the pressure lost by the fluid to pass through the membranes.

It is made to work with corrosive fluids such as salt water or brine! All materials in contact with water are made in Al-6xn.

Its operation is simple and its maintenance is practically non-existent.
