Rotary presses: for the degrease, wash and dried of all type of pieces in continuous or step by step
Bautermic, S.A. has developed a type of rotary presses machines very compact, that work with solutions desengrasantes hot projected to pressesure on the pieces to treat, these can be loaded and downloaded of manual or automatic form on a circular table in the same point. The platform is the attendant to move the pieces through the different stages of treatment, have of three positions of which one of them can use to wash or dry according to the difficulty of the piece.
The operation can be continuous or step by step, according to the type of piece or form of load and the times of treatment and production, can adjust varying the speed of twist of the platform, in the case of work in continuous or by means of a timer in the case of operation step by step.
The main advantage of these machines is that they work like a cell of work of big versatilidad, that occupy very little space, and that the load-download realises in the same point, by what can be attended by an alone operario or a robot, besides, of the accessories of series like the aspirador of vahos, the automatic replacement of water, filters etc. can be instrumented with any another accessory like separadores of oil, special filters, dosificadores of detergent, etc.
