Schlüter Schiene
Profiles of finish for pavimentos: for a safe protection of the singings
Schlüter-Schiene Is a special profile for the protection and decoration of the external singings of ceramic coatings. Also it can use perfectly for another type of materials of revestimiento and for other applications. Other fields of application are, amongst other, transitions between different types of pavimento, finish of zócalos, protection of singings in boards of dilatation, finish clean and decorative of ladders, as well as delimitations of surfaces and spaces of any type. Besides it is apt for clean separations between different materials of coating.
The loads actuantes are diverted to the coating and to the support thanks to the thickness and special angle of the profile. In this way the singings of the pavimento remain protected of effective form of eventual deteriorations.
By means of a separador, that forms part of the profile from a height of 6 mm, establishes a clear-cut board between the profile and the baldosa. The Schlüter-Schiene can instrument in all the materials with a coined radial „R“, that allows to bend the profile to attain a section rounded.
Schlüter-Schiene Is available in brass (-M), aluminium (-To), aluminium anodizado (-AE), stainless steel (-And) and stainless steel brushed (-EB).
Schlüter-Schiene-M of brass is ideal to absorb high mechanical loads, and serves, e.g. like protection of singings of boards of movement in pavimentos industrial with traffic of carts. The brass is resistant to practically all the chemical products, that use usually in combination with pavimentos ceramic.
Schlüter-Schiene-And is highly resistant to mechanical aggressions and especially ideal for those fields, that require a high resistance to chemical products and acids.
In the case of Schlüter-Schiene-To of aluminium is recommended to check his idoneidad in those cases in that it foresees a chemical aggression.
Schlüter-Schiene-AE Of aluminium anodizado presents a matt surface thanks to his layer anodizada, that under some normal conditions of use does not experience changes. The surface has to protect of abrasive objects or that they can rayarla.
