Principle of operation:
The air with particles in suspension goes in underneath of the cartridges filtrantes by of the mouth connected to the hopper or by the camera of tranquilización. The particles contained in the air aspired precipitate in the container of recuperacion because of the remarkable decrease of the speed; successively it does arrive the air to the cartridges of leak happening of the outside to the interior and of this form deposit the impurities in the hopper of recuperacion. The filter keeps always a perfect eficacidad during the operation, thanks to a system of cleaning cíclico to contracorriente. Of form repentida injecta in the interior of the cartridges a stream of air compressesed, pertinent of a specific deposit, that creates a violent wave of shake to contracorriente able to separate and do that they precipitate the particles deposited in the outside of the cartridges. This stream, programmed cíclicamente by an electronic device, will be injectado by a network of filters in the interior of the respective tubes venturi connected to the cartridges of the filter and that have the capacity to aspire air in the surrounding zone and to amplify it regarding the stream received.
Peculiarities of construction:
The construction of the filter Kompac-Air realizar in panels pressesings, folded and glazed, taking care until the most minimum details. The sleeves filtrantes are realizar in fabric of optimum quality designed to resolve the problems of leak with the maximum length . The sleeves mount on metallic baskets galvanised or glazed to increase the resistance and the length in the time. The system of wash of the sleeves composes of a programmer cíclico with regulator of time pause and cleaning, led luminous of control, lung of accumulation of air compressesed with slot of leakage of the excess of condensed steam and manometer of pressesure, electrovalves coined with electrical pilot of confirmation, injectors and tubes venturi in plastic material or, on request, totally metallic. The filter includes legs of support, hatch of inspection, drum/is for the recuperacion of the dust.
