Filters of cartridge: instrumented with automatic cleaning
Jet-Cartson is the new generation of equipment filtrantes developed by Tecnivent. This range of equipment incorporates like material filtrante cartridges of polyester Viledon, termoconformados and under construction plisada. They go instrumented with automatic cleaning by means of Jets of air compressesed. When allowing recircular the air inside the ship, the filters of cartridges Jet-Cart can be installed on foot of machine, simplifying the installation and abaratando the cost of the same. The filters of cartridges Jet-Cart fulfil with the values MAK for the recirculation of the air filtered in the place of work adapting to the norm BIA ZH 1/487 for his utilisation in the leak of dangerous dusts, being the lower broadcast of 1 mg/Nm.
MAK: German abbreviation of the levels of maximum admissible concentration, for all type of hurtful considered dust in the places of work.
- Applications: Given the high efficiency of the filters of cartridges Jet-Cart these are particularly indicated in all the processes of work in continuous with broadcast of fine dusts and impalpables, such as blast cleaning machines, sandblasters, metallised, smokes of welding, desmoldeos, treatment of sands, pneumatics transports, mixers and in all the productive systems with broadcast of fine and impalpables in the Chemical industry and Cementera in general.
- Design and versatilidad: Tecnivent has developed a wide range of filters of cartridges Jet-Cart covering of series discharges from 1000 to 100.000 m3/h. His technical department studies and designs equipment to give service to any need of discharge, as well as to adapt them to spaces reduced or complicated.
- Accessories: A wide range of accessories (electronic sequencers with final cleaning in off-line, digital controllers of differential pressesure, pressesure gauges in "Or", etc.), allow to his equipment an optimum continuous operation, lengthening the half life of the materials filtrantes and reducing the consumption of air compressesed.
- Equipment antiexplosivo: they Have developed a line antiexplosiva on the filters Jet-Cart. This line goes instrumented with cartridges grafitados integralmente, fulfilling the rule for the prevention of fires caused by loads electroestáticas. They fulfil the norm DIN54345 with certificates DTM, based in the rule BIA ZH 1/1200.
The filters Jet-Cart with equipment antiexplosivo incorporate gates antiexplosivas with closing by gravity and with opening for the leakage of the gases.
