H2O Vacudest
Evaporator by termocompresión: with a wide range of applications
The H2O GmbH company specialises in the field of treatment of industrial wastewater and circulatory flow of water from industrial processes, supplying machines, facilities and its own technology. The main product is the evaporators series Vacudest. With these teams, in a definitive way to resolve the issue of the Elimination of the polluted water from industrial processes, minimizing waste and recovering or eliminating own waters.
The evaporadores-concentradores allow the separation of the water solution with other products. The process consists in bringing the solution to boiling under vacuum. Retrieved water vapor is condensed immediately and goes on the outside of the team. Installations operate at a minimal cost of exploitation and retrieved clean distillate is totally suitable for reuse. One is achieved great concentration on the retrieved waste after the process, being the value against the Treaty initially minimum. Thanks to the drastic reduction in the amount of waste, and given the low cost of operation, it pays in very little time investment of the Vacudest system.
The teams have a wide range of applications, with capacities from 30 to 3,500 l continuous and low cost of operation (from 45 energy consumption kWh/m3). A reuse in salts (low content in salts, metals and bacteria-free, and heavy distillate without oil thanks to the Clear Cat system), it has a minimum volume of waste, due to the high concentration and separation without use of chemicals. The system is fully automatic, 24 hours per day through a centralized control.
