Pirobloc, skilled Spanish company in the manufacture of boilers of thermal sensors fluid, presents his new range of Electrical Boilers of thermal sensors sensors Oil.
The new range of electrical boilers of thermal sensors oil Pirobloc is conceived to way of team monobloc complete with bomb of recirculation, and includes also valve of hygiene, valves of interruption, filter, electrical cupboard, thermal sensors isolation and all the securities and elements of control chords with the current normative that governs this type of equipment (DIN 4754, norms JOINS, Managerial 97/23 CE, IN13445 and RAP).
Regarding the rank of standard powers, this covers from 10 until 500 kW, being able to manufacture, under request, equipment of upper capacity. The mechanical conception is a platform on which have the different components of the team, being able to be provista even of tank of expansion. On the same platform has , besides, of a group electrobomba reversible, foreseen to facilitate the operations of filled and casting of the circuit. Like variant, these equipment can include, in function of the application, one or several groups of recirculation, achieving big precision and stability in the regulation of temperature.
The thermal sensors fluid heats by means of one or several electrical resistances of immersion and low density (3,15 W/cm2), to end to avoid the coquización of the oil, formed by diverse forks and admitting the regulation in several stages. These have of box of tight connections with a degree of protection IP65, being conceived exclusively for the warming of thermal sensors oil.
The fact that these equipment do not require of fuels and that his conception was compact, does that these boilers are ideal for those cases in which it does not have of gas or diesel, or his utilisation was not recommended. This new range of boilers PIROBLOC has a field of boundless application, being conceived, mainly, for the Alimentary sectors, Chemist, Automotive sector, etc. Regarding his specific utilisation, are particularly adapted for the warming of presses, reagents and small machinery.
As it is usual in all the equipment of Pirobloc, the company can hold responsible also of other services to part of the manufacture, like the setting, the installation and the connection to the consumers, in addition to the set up, the legalisation of the installation and the service post sale.
