Dryer of dry air
The dryer of dry air EKO is a modern design based in the technology tested and testada of the series of the model CKT. Through the recirculation of the heat is possible a saving of between a 20 and 30 % of electrical power, depending on the temperature used for the dried of the material.
If the EKO is used jointly with the system of control ÖKO, the saving of power can arrive until 40%.
The system of control ÖKO guarantees that the sensitive materials to the heat eat: PA, PC, LCP or PCM no resequen in the containers of reservation. The system of control ÖKO avoids that neither a small part of material can go out of the container of reservation because of the reduction of demand, increasing the risk that the flow of dry air prejudice to the material. When it reaches a specific temperature in the upper zone of the container of reservation, the flow of air entrante and of return is automatically stopped. The complete container remains in a position of unemployment. The unit does not begin to work again if the material does not consume or the granza loses temperature and cools .
