Compact coolers: you can use standalone or joining an existing refrigerator
Aquafree offers a compact design and can be used independently or integration into an existing refrigerator, transforming it as well in a free-cooling unit.
Free-cooling Aquafree modules can be combined with the Aries Tech, Galaxy Tech or Phoenix Plus cooling, but can also work independently, i.e. without connecting to any cooler.
The modules are equipped with a modulating three way valve, which allows a flow rate of 0% to 100% of free-cooling in continuous mode in case of combination with the chiller. Once the cooling connection / module free-cooling Aquafree, the control unit will be managed by the microprocessor xDRIVE of the chiller without the need for additional programming.
In this way, it is possible to cool the process water for free, without the intervention of the refrigerating unit, which represents a great energy and economic savings. Thanks to the configuration between the two teams, gets a mixed performance, which is able to save in the intermediate times of the year. The range of powers of these units range from the 242 466 kW. With the advantage of place several units in series to achieve very high powers. Also there are special units to have free glycol circuits.
