Petkus TKF 400 / TKF 500 / TKF 650
Chain conveyor: for the transport of materials in bulk
Petkus chain conveyors are suitable for the transport of materials in bulk in agriculture and industry, such as cereals, oilseeds, legumes, as well as the transport of products in powder.
The attainable maximum length of the conveyor using the standard equipment is 50 m. You can increase the length of the conveyor at the customer's request. The address of the transport and unloading can be unilateral, on both sides and reversible.
Conveyor TKF 400 / TKF 500 / 650 TKF have the following standard equipment:-steel sheet galvanized, lower transport 6 - 7 mm, walls and cover 2.5 - 3 mm, chain conveyor made of steel with warm cleaning chains located at appropriate distances - and tortilla factory transmission mechanism with direct coupling with thicker sidewalls to support the bearings and sprockets chain, with bearings transmission shaft, mouth of discharge and sluice lock signal connection-ready.
-Mechanism of tension with baffle plate, tensioning chain by means of screws.
-Conveyor duct of 0.5/1.0/2.0/3.0 m length of the ducts, Rails manufactured in highly resistant plastic for smooth and noise-free operation Guide.
-Spatula of exit - manual, electric or pneumatic.
