Ceramic flooring heating: thermo-electric system that ensures a safe desolidarisation

Schlüter-Systems company has developed a technique innovative, able to heat flooring quickly and individually with Schlüter Ditra Heat-E thermo-electric system. At the same time the Ditra technology ensures a secure desolidarisation.

Unlike conventional electric blankets, electric wires of the Ditra Heat-E system, are inserted individually on desolidarisation blade. This means that the pavement areas who want to warm up, according to the needs of the user can be chosen freely. Thanks to its function of desolidarisation also the thermo-electric system on critical media, such as wooden supports, can be installed without causing damage in ceramic tile or electrical wires. Also avoided this way damage to the coating due to temperature changes.

In combination with digital thermostats, temperature sensors embedded in the pavement allow the temperature of the environment. Low-temperature heat radiation creates a pleasant environmental climate, thanks to the electric wires are located just below the ceramic, allowing a fast transmission of heat to the surface of the ceramic.

Thanks to its low construction height, it is ideal for use in any reform project. Electrical wires are covered by adhesive that stands the ceramic desolidarisation blade. This prevents the laborious process of covering conventional electric blankets prior to placement of ceramic.

The thermo-electric system for flooring is durable, requires no maintenance and is economical in purchase and installation.
