Centrifuges bomb: pumping of clean water and waste water
The centrifuges bomb of open turbine uses for the pumping so much of clean water as of waste water or purines of low density.
It is a bomb manufactured entirely in smelting, provista of a multiplicador, and that consists of an open turbine in his interior. A ceramic closing guarantees the estanqueidad of the zone of pumping with regard to the multiplicador.
The twist of the turbine does to increase the quantity of movement of the flow of liquid that goes through his interior, until arriving to values of 2 bar of pressesure and a maximum discharge of 1.000 l/min.
When treating of a bomb of open turbine is necessary the cebado of the bomb. To this effect supplies with each unit a valve of foot, to proceed to the correct cebado of the hose of load.
Review that the valve of foot has to position always vertically to guarantee that so much the valve like the hose of load remain barleys properly and avoid of this way the entrance of air in the zone of load.
It treats of a bomb of singular robustness and of simple operation, since acciona directly with the taking of strength of the tractor. For this comes provista of a chain for fixation of the unit, that avoids of this way the twist of the bomb with the taking of strength.
Another variant, used in cisternas of water for the livestock, consists in the setting of the bomb anchored to the cisterna and accionada by cardán, for which supplies the bomb with a male attachment in place of the female necessary for the accionamiento with the taking of strength.
