C.I.P. cleaning systems: no need to dismantle the system of production

The C.I.P. cleaning system aims to eliminate organic compounds in the process since they are the basis for the growth of bacteria and precursors of precursors phenomena. Cleaning of tanks and pipes is a chemical cleaning based on parameters; concentration and types of agents of cleanliness, temperature and time. Dirt is chemically dissolved and the fluid velocity must be adequate for the discharge of the detached dirt particles. Washing programmes depend on the product and health requirements.
The C.I.P. dissolution is prepared by adding the reagent to the formulation tank and recirculating the dissolution through the processing plant by means of centrifugal pump which is located in parallel with the product pump. The reagent dosing in a tank by means of a dosing pump and at the same time is add water so that the desired concentration can be achieved. Once the necessary concentration of the product has been achieved, the control system will detect it and shall give notice that has ended with the preparation of the dissolution step.
