Automatic vacuum molding machine: it allows molding, cutting and stacking pieces termoconformadas
The RV53 offers all the possibilities for shaping, cutting and stacking pieces termoconformadas. It is technique allows the moulding by vacuum also for small series.
Molding station is equipped with portable 4 working independently. Portamoldes tables and tensors mark are pneumatic. Tours of the Bureau and the upper frame with appropriate preset times can be adjusted according to the design of the mold and molding program.

The stacking of the molded parts takes place up in the cage of stacking which depends on the format. Another movement carried the cage of stacking the castings. With the help of an accountant are corresponding batteries of products, which are then pushed to a sheet of output.
