Epson launches two new large format printers

The Epson Stylus Pro 7890 of 24 inches and the Epson Stylus Pro 9890 of 44 inches have been designed by Epson to help professional photographers and the artistic sector to create realistic impressions at high speed. Both printers combine all the quality of the game of eight color UltraChrome K3 of Epson inks and a cartridge magenta live, with the TFP printhead for images more lively and clear, as well as greater precision in the point offering more successful than the laboratory.

Also proposed one of the ranges of colors most extensive in the market, always with mild shadings, and a wide range of gray tones of natural look. The three densities of black, including the black lacquer or black image standard (automatic selection according to support), grey and light grey, can achieve stunning prints in black and white with a high contrast ratio, a perfect range of tonesa better balance gray and no dominant chromatic.

This combination of black ink avoids the presence of shades bronze and get a uniform look of the surface, without visible differences between light and dark areas. In addition, reduces metamerism, guaranteeing that the gray tones are uniform regardless of the light illuminating them.

The optional SpectroProofer ensures a uniform and reproducible color accuracy when using different media and quickly measures control strips and patches of color diagrams when creating ICC profiles and results of verification of the printing.
