The inaugural conference of Pierre Tschudin, president honorario of the International Association of Paper Historians (IPH), will be presented by Anna-Grethe Rischel, president of the IPH. To the Congress will present communications on technicians of manufacture of paper, paper for special uses, Hispanic paper-Arab, presence of the Spanish paper in Latin America, trade papelero and legislation, filigrees, industrial archaeology, inks and technical of impressesion…
A treintena of the most spectacular dresses of period, of fantasy and of high sewing of the most famous designers can now enjoy in the Madrilenian summer, pertinent of the Museum of Mollerussa. The three better pieces of each category happen to form part of an alive payment that renews every year with the new incorporations. In the Museum also can admire recreations in paper of dresses of high sewing yielded by designers like Lorenzo Caprile, Agatha Ruiz of the Prada, Joaquim Verdú, Victorio&Lucchino or Armand Bassi.
The Autonomous Community of Madrid has had an enormous importance in the history of the manufacture of the paper in our Peninsula since here it finds the mill papelero of The Paular (one of the most ancient documented), the industrial Complex again Baztán where Juan of Goyeneche installed a mill papelero to print The Gazette of Madrid, the Real Factory of Paper of Saint Fernando of Henares and the first factory of continuous paper in Spain, situated in Manzanares the Real.
