Systems of intelligent binding: smart Book Systems
The Smart Book Systems, is a system of intelligent binding for the binding of books from coil.
The operation of the system is very simple, the coil is desbobinada and cut to measure, once have the loose leaves, these are transported to the plegadora automatic AF-566 digital where once folded turn into cuadernillos, later these cuadernillos are apilados until forming the swearword of the book in the stacker intelligent PSX-56. By means of a strip of transport the swearwords displace to the entrance of the encuadernadora BQ-470 (PUR or EVA) of 4 mordazas.
The operario enters the swearwords in the BQ-470 and there once encuadernados, are transported to the guillotine trilateral where the books are cut.
The system can be operated by an only operario, thanks to that all the controls of the system are situated in the zone of the BQ-470.
This system is very flexible and allows to realizar thrown variable from book to book.
With the Smart Book Solution, automates of way very efficient all the process of binding, reducing the costs, optimising the space and increased the production.
