Guillotine trilateral for books: solid and precise

Picture of Guillotine trilateral for books

Horizon international, company represented by Orominavone Systems, develops the trilateral guillotine HT-80. This guillotine replaces the model HT-70 in the market for more than 15 years.

This fully automatic equipment introduces the action of the book, through an electronic meter which transfers the bounds of the book to the guillotine. The final step of the book is introduced through the touch screen. The different sections of the guillotine are adjusted automatically. The trilateral guillotine is built on a solid piece of cast iron, giving it a great strength and precision.

This model is designed for the environment and the binding of books on demand, thanks to its quick format changes: the guillotine is ready to work in less than two minutes. The thickness of the books, individual either stacked doesn't matter, and the advanced electronic tamper monitoring system allows to cut different thicknesses without making any adjustment.

The HT-80 can connect online with the binder Horizon BQ-470 to optimize the production of the binding. You can also connect to any binding of the market.

In addition, this guillotine can connect to the IPC workflow ¾: JDF with Horizon interface pXnet.
