AF10 Evolution, an innovative system for the recolección of fruit

3. The synchronisation between the speed of the tapestry of the arms with the chain that carries the cazoletas, makes possible the individualisation.

In the AF-10 Evolution consists of 6 arms, each one of them forms part of a line of transport with cazoletas. There are 6 lines of transport, where in a first phase, each line deposits the fruit in his corresponding faldón of attachment to the giratorio. The second phase is the step of the fruit of the faldones of attachment to one of the 8 faldones of the giratrorio, each one has the exit in a different point of the palot. The third phase, is when of these 8 faldones, the fruit is deposited in the palot and thanks to the sensors incorporated, guarantees a level of filled optimum in all the surface of the palot.
