At present are 582 exploitations and 1.185 plots those that constitute the base and productive potential of the Purple Garlic of The Pedroñeras, what supposes a half surface by cultured plot of 3,03 hectares and a half surface by destined exploitation to the crop of purple garlic of 6,18 hectares.
However matiza that “it would be a more realistic aim speak of a quantity surroundings to the 10.000 tonnes”, figure that, to attain , would represent to arrive to 35% of the productive potential of the IGP.
