Fruit Attraction Will be international meeting point for the sector of fruit and ready vegetables

The International Fair of Fruit and Vegetables, Fruit Attraction, that will celebrate in Madrid, of the 16 to 18 October, will be also meeting point of the sector of fruit and ready vegetables, with the organisation of a technical day on ‘Tendencies and Innovation in the commercialisation of fruit and ready vegetables in United States and Europe'. The day will celebrate the last day of the fair, the Friday 18 October, in schedule of morning and will distribute in two blocks mainly: market trends of fruit and ready vegetables in United States and the last advances in alimentary hygiene, quality and innovation.

The opening of the day will run to charge of Juan Miguel Floristán, general director of Florette Iberica, president of the Spanish Association of fruit and vegetables washed and lists for his employment, Afhorfresh and president of the Committee of fruit and ready vegetables of Fepex, the one who will analyse the evolution of the sector of fruit and ready vegetables in Spain.

After the opening, the first block will consist of a report-frame titled ‘Market trends of the fruit and ready vegetables in United States' to charge of Lorna Christie, specialist in the marketing of this sector in United States and responsible of distinct fields of Produces it Marketing Association (PMA) during 11 years.

The second block will analyse the last advances in the relative technology to the hygiene, quality and innovation in Europe.
