The recolección of the Brown of the Bierzo realises only when the fruit has fallen to the floor of natural form. The selection realises in situ or in the warehouse, deleting all the fruit that do not fulfil the characteristics established in the Regulation.
Morphological characteristics: armoured fruit, with elliptical morphology, with one of the two sides globoso and the another flatter.
Of uniform presentation, brown colour and matt shell, according to characteristics of the variety, with a minimum weight of 7 g/fruit.
