Marlene - Apple

It is one of the varieties of apples preferred by children for their rich level of sugar. It also contains vitamin principles that prevent aging of the skin. Although it is perfect to eat alone, it is also ideal for pies, cakes, cocktails or compotes.

Appearance: color between yellow and yellow gold, sometimes with pink shading; smooth and clean skin. Pan form elongated or spherical; size medium or large. Flesh whitish, juicy, fine, crisp and compact.

Flavor sweet and slightly acid; delicately aromatic; slightly scented.
