In 1860, in the Delta of the Ebro, is planted the seed of what today is one of the largest rice-growing cooperatives of Spain. With a capacity of annual production of more than 45 million kilos of rice and a range of 14 different varieties the co-operative Arrossaires of the Delta de l'Ebre has made tradition, quality and innovation, the raison d ' être of nearly 2,000 members who dedicated every day of their lives to the cultivation of the best rice dishes in the world.

This reality would not be possible without the most demanding commitments to keep intact the characteristics that make rice a unique product. Commitments that are responsible for always and without exception to the consumer safety of purchasing a quality product, one of the most important in the Mediterranean diet. Commitments to collaborate with distributors and processing industries to extend and promote its use. Commitments that give value to the effort of each one of the farmers who work the land.
