The purpose of the session is to spread and share with companies of the alimentary sector the technical results and of gestión of the innovation derived of the tasks developed inside the project 'Foodsme-hop'. The program of the meeting will tackle subjects related with the reduction of salt in ham cured and the addition of sour grasos omega-3 in cheeses. Both innovative projects llevar with the collaboration of companies that participate in the project and that will present like examples for the development of new healthy products.
