Companies, universities and institutes of world-wide reference will be presents in the congress EHEDG

More than 25 reports of the main companies, universities and institutes of investigation of reference in the international panorama, linked to the engineering and hygienic design, will take place in these days. Like novelty, this year will produce also a series of bilateral meetings: the 'business meetings'. Of free character, these meetings are opened to companies, universities, technology centres and institutes of investigation of all Europe. The aim is to offer the possibility to put in contact, through interviews of technological character and/or commercial, to the participants interested to propose and share technological solutions, as well as favour the creation of commercial bonds.
The Scientific Committee of the Congress, represented by ten notable researchers and companies of the alimentary sector and manufacturers of equipment of six countries, has elaborated an integrated cheese cheese program by 25 reports divided in five sessions on the new solutions for plants of processed; advances in the design of equipment and components; characteristics of the materials in contact with foods; the design of clean rooms; the last technologies of cleaning and disinfection, etc.
Between the speakers find several companies, organisms, institutions of investigation and universities more stood out of Europe of the alimentary and affine industry, and manufacturers of equipment, linked to the hygienic design. Between the presents, will stand out Nestlé, Unilever, Milk Pascual, Kraft, University of Birmingham; University of Applied Sciences (CH), Campden BRI, ANSES, Nickel Institute, Trelleborg, Encoma, ainia technological centre, GEA, Givaudan, Ulma, Elopak, Interroll, Timperley Quality consultancy, INRA, Alpha Laval, Diversey or Fraunhofer AVV.
The scientific Committee has underlined the vital importance that has the relation of the inocuidad of the products that elaborate the alimentary industries, pharmaceutical and cosmetic with the design of the equipment and installations involucrados in his manufacture. Around this relation will turn the reports, giving fit to appearances more concrete like the importance in the election of equipment and installations, or questions like the influence that have the operations of cleaning and disinfection in the processed of the products (foods, cosmetics, chemists…) to attain that these arrive in the best conditions of hygiene and quality to the consumers.
The Congress, promoted by the European organisation EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group), and co-organised this year by ainia technological centre coinciding with his 25 anniversary, serves of international meeting point between companies manufacturers of equipment and machinery, and companies users of the alimentary industry, pharmaceutical and cosmetic.
