Like answer to the incessant demand of his customers, Fishbam is developing at present new and innovative technicians in the sector of the sterilisation, and to this respecto, is carrying out an important project in his installations. Of here it will be cream a new pilot laboratory of investigation, designated Ikerlab by Fishbam, that will be operative in roughly 2 months.

The new pilot unit is cream to give answer to this big number of companies that have special problems in the definition of his processes of sterilisation, keeping like this the properties organolépticas and deleting any risk that could appear, independently of the type of product that was. With more than 30 years in the market of the feeding, Fishbam has purchased big experience in the sector, and especially in the development of autoclaves of sterilisation and pastaurisation, that is one of his main products, and that from now on will happen to designate Berotech by Fishbam.

Besides, in his obstinacy by the continuous innovation, Fishbam follows developing new types and models of rotary presses autoclaves. These autoclaves carry in his interior a concentric drum to the body of the autoclave, in which they lodge the full trucks of containers. Generally, it presents advantages for liquid products, sauces or similar in which the transmission of heat is mainly by convection. Of this way, the agitation does that it increase the speed of this type of transmission of heat and that the heat do not exercise always in the same point (this is varying constantly).

His autoclaves are prepared for the sterilisation of foods packed for all type of formats: tins of aluminium, tins of hojalata, pots of glass, stock exchanges, containers PET, etc. The machines manufacture in stainless steel AISI 316 and/or 304, are very robust and simple to use and besides resaltan by his big finishing. Said machines offer different configurations and sizes, from 1 to 8 trucks and of 1 to 2 doors. Also, it designs autoclaves of laboratory, of size more reduced.

All the machines have of automatic control of the process by means of a microprocessor with capacity to choose until 100 different programs, and that regulates in each moment the variables of temperature, pressesure and time according to the program established. The handle of this automatic control is simple and intuitive for the user.

In addition to his manufacture, Fishbam also realises the services of installation and repair of the devices to pressesure. At present, the department of R&D of the company works in different projects to develop systems of sterilisation, and investigates in the continuous improvement of the software of control of his machines.
