New publication 'Experiences of design in the food industry', Ainia

The guides 'Experiences of design in the food industry', supported by the Impiva through the Plan of the competitiveness of the Valencian company and co-financed with the European Fund of Regional Development (ERDF), recounts six success stories in food business operators on the implementation of the design in business strategy and as this is a step forward in the positive differentiation of product or brand in the market. The guide is intended to be a forum in which analyze the growing importance of innovation as one of challenges facing today's food industry, to thereby gain in competitiveness. Six reflected cases discussed in this framework, how to integrate the design into business strategy; its barriers and fortresses. Some of the examples included in this guide are: case of Maduresa, the company's success Roure Celler; case Clóchina of Valencia, of the Clochineros Association of the port of Valencia; case Mini chocolates, ice cream summer for Mercadona company; case Panamar; case Sivaris of society NM Arrossos of quality and case Choví, in the company of the same name.
In order to raise awareness to the widest possible businesses about the importance of design, Ainia counts on the collaboration in this project of the Business Federation of agri-food of the Valencian Community, Fedacova. For more than 10 years, bet Ainia, within their lines of innovation, by encouraging the use of design in the food sector.
