The Centre of technological scientific competence in transformed meat products (Cecoc-PTC) will organize the VIII international course in technology of meat products, which will take place at the premises of the
Irta technology of food, in Monells (Girona), from September 28 to October 28, 2009. The international course, will have a duration of four weeks and a half, and is distributed in 8 modules that can be pursued jointly or independently.
The course is aimed at technologists in the meat sector and professionals of other food specialties who wish to acquire an integral formation of the chain of meat from the animal production to packaging and marketing of meat products.
